1. Introduction & Binding Agreement

By purchasing a digital photo or video package (the Package) from [Your Business Name] (the Media Provider) for the Central Coast International Cup (the Tournament), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Media Delivery & Fulfillment

• Processing Time: Digital media galleries take approximately 14–21 business days from the conclusion of the Tournament to process, edit, and deliver.
• Delivery Method: Packages are delivered strictly via a secure, password-protected online download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• Fulfillment Limitations: While we make every professional effort to capture extensive coverage of your designated player or team, game-time factors—such as weather conditions, official match schedule adjustments, player substitutions, or injury—may limit the total volume of media captured. No minimum quantity of individual player photos is guaranteed unless specified in a premium package tier.

3. Permitted Intellectual Property Use & Copyright

• Copyright Retention: The Media Provider retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited visual assets.
• Personal Use License: Purchasing a Package grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Social Media: You are permitted to share your media files on personal social media profiles. Tagging or attributing [Your Social Media Handle] is appreciated but not legally required.
• Commercial Prohibitions: You strictly cannot resell, sub-license, use for commercial advertisements, or distribute these files to third-party academies or corporate sponsors without separate, written commercial licensing agreements.

4. Child Safety, Safeguarding & Parental Consent

• Tournament Rules Compliance: The Media Provider operates as an authorised tournament vendor and strictly complies with the child safeguarding frameworks of Football NSW and Football Australia.
• Authorisation to Photograph: By purchasing a package for a minor, you warrant that you are the legal parent or guardian of the player, or have obtained explicit written consent from the minor’s legal guardian, allowing the Media Provider to photograph/film them during the event.
• Image Removal Requests: If a legal guardian requests the removal of an image from our databases or public display previews due to safety or legal protection orders, we will comply immediately on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund, Cancellation, & Weather Policy

• Weather and Force Majeure: The Tournament is an outdoor winter event. If matches are shortened, modified, or relocated by tournament officials due to severe weather, refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on media coverage achieved.
• Tournament Cancellation: If the entire Tournament is cancelled before any matches are played, you will receive a 100% refund, minus any explicit credit card processing fees that are non-refundable via the payment gateway.
• Change of Mind: Due to the instant delivery nature of certain digital packages and dedicated on-site roster slots, refunds are not provided for change of mind once a photographer has been dispatched to film your specific matches.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the Media Provider’s total liability for any technical failures, lost data, or unfulfilled capture windows is strictly limited to a full refund of the amount paid for the specific Package.
