Club/ Team Eligibility

Entry is open to affiliated clubs/ associations of FFA member (state federation), School groups or any other National Federation sanction by FIFA. Teams from Australia must be sanctioned by their associations and member federation. The same applies for International teams who will have to be sanctioned by their national federation. Academies and composite teams or non affiliated clubs will have to submit a Special request for participation in the form of an application to take part in the tournament.
Player Eligibility: All players registered to a team must be nationally registered players.

Competitions

The CCIC offers 3 divisions:

Cup Competition: Suitable for NPL – Division 1 teams – Representative teams – Academies

Plate Competition: Suitable to Division 2 and competitive teams

Shield Competition: Suitable for Developing teams from low ranking local competitions

The above competition categories are subject to the number of entries per age group.
The Central Coast International Cup Organising Committee (CCICOC) will investigate teams results and positions from their associations to make sure they have nominated in the appropriate category.

CCICOC reserves the right to place teams into divisions that may not be their preferred nomination.

U13-U16

Played in line with FIFA laws and FA guidelines
– 11v11
– Field Size: Full Field
– Playing time: 2x30mins
– Goal size: Full Size
– 5mins half time

Competition Structure

Teams may be placed into pools where they will either play all the teams in their division or pool once, and proceed to the finals and ranking matches. From Teams will play a minimum of 5 games with no more than 2 games per day. Championship day

Extra Time

This will only be played in finals and playoffs matches in case the score of a game is tied at the end of normal time.
Two minutes break will be followed by 5-10 mins (depending on category) followed by sudden death. Penalties will follow in case there is no winner.

U8-U9: 12 players + 3 Officials

U13-U16: 16 players + 3 Officials
Registration Fee: $1600
Deposit Due on nomination: $200

*All registration fees will incur an online processing fee ontop of the registration fee

Sanctioning and Insurance

Accreditation Process

All domestic teams require a letter of sanction from their member federation. Letters of sanctions must state the the participants are covered by the member federations insurance. Participants are encouraged to also take out personal sports injury/private health insurance.
Entry to International teams is only available to FIFA affiliated associations or schools. Teams must include a letter of sanction from their national football association. International teams must also have proof of travel insurance to cover personal accidents or injury.

All players participating in the event will accreditation including media and officials.
Players will be required to wear wrist bands for the duration of the event. Any missing wrist band will have to be replaced with a $5 payment.
