Accommodation

Our resort-style accommodation at Pullman Magenta Shores Resort offers a range of options, including studio guestrooms and one to four-bedroom villas, each designed for comfort and convenience. Villas feature ensuite bathrooms, spacious living areas, self-contained kitchens, and private balconies or courtyards overlooking landscaped gardens, the lagoon pool, or the golf course.

Larger villas and Exclusive Retreats offer additional space, multiple living areas, and premium amenities, including private heated pools in selected accommodations. Some villas may require stair access.

We strive to accommodate guests with accessibility needs. Please notify us in advance so we can make necessary arrangements.

Meals

Nutritious and delicious meals are prepared by our professional catering team at Barretts Restaurant and Shallows Bar. Guests can enjoy a selection of buffet breakfasts, light lunches, and gourmet dinners, with vegetarian, vegan, and religious dietary needs catered for upon request.

Meal plans include:

• Breakfast – Daily buffet with barista coffee and tea.
• Lunch – A selection of pizzas, salads, or tapas with a beverage (non-alcoholic or house wine/beer).
• Dinner – A variety of main meal selections at Shallows Bar or Barretts Restaurant.

Morning and afternoon tea, including fruit, biscuits, tea, and coffee, can be arranged at an additional cost. Outside catering is not permitted.

Special dietary requirements must be noted in advance via our online medical and consent forms, which will be provided upon booking confirmation.

Linen & Laundry

Guests can bring their own linen or pre-order linen at an additional cost.

Laundry facilities, including washing machines and dryers, are available onsite. Guests must provide their own laundry detergent.

Resort Facilities & Activities

Guests have access to a range of resort facilities, including:

• Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor)
• Gym & sauna
• Tennis courts
• Private meeting and event spaces
• Resort activities (additional fees may apply)

For private meetings or indoor activities, exclusive access to Pellos (a private room) is available for the duration of your stay.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol must not be brought onto the resort grounds.
• Drinking is not permitted in the presence of children.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol may be restricted from participating in certain activities.
• Any guest who poses a risk to others may be asked to leave under the provisions of the Inclosed Lands Act.
